All PUPPIES and ADULTS are sold in what we believe to be a very healthy condition.
All puppies are sold with "Limited Registration" unless otherwise noted and not to be used for breeding!.


Puppies leave our home with everything they will need to get started in there new home but YOUR LOVE!

In California we can not let a puppy leave for its new home until it is 8 weeks old. WE WANT ALL OUR PUPPIES
TO GO TO THEIR "FOREVER HOME" AT ABOUT 8 WEEKS OF AGE AS THEY ARE THEN IN A PERIOD OF "BONDING" AND WE WANT THEM TO BOND WITH THE NEW OWNERS!

If you are going to be unable to receive your new puppy when it is about 8 weeks of age you may want to wait for another litter!

A quick note on puppy prices -
as of 1/1/2025 male & female puppies are $2,500  each & up!  MOST of our puppies are sold in that price range  with "Limited AKC Registration"
BUT WE DO SOMETIMES HAVE SMALL PUPPIES THAT WE SELL FOR MORE.

FULL AKC Registration is an additional $500
(if we feel the puppy is of show or breeding quality) - and is seldom given!

What do I get when we purchase a puppy from you?
What you see above is approximately what is in each "Care Package" that goes home with each puppy (the packages will change from time to time).

Packages usually include (Items May Very):

* a starter package of a "Small Breed Puppy Food"
* a 90 page book that we put together to help you
* a video DVD of your puppy (may also be on a "thumb drive")
* photos on a "thumb drive" of the photos we have of your puppy
* toys for your puppy
And each healthy puppy (we ONLY sell healthy puppies) get:
* their first puppy shot
* worming's every 2 weeks
* a warranty for any contagious or infectious disease for
15 days from the date you take possession of the puppy
* a warranty for any congenital or heredity defects for one year from the date you take      possession of your puppy.
Note: the warranty above is now required by the State of California - if another breeder won't issue it to you - DON'T PURCHASE A DOG FROM THEM!

The "Private Air Carrier" that will transport a small pet in a soft sided carrier carried under the seat is no longer in business - so that is no longer an option!
Sorry - since we can't have visitors to our home & kennel,
we will make every effort to meet new owners with their new little one!
